I'm Brian, and I operate this website through Dioteck LLC. These terms cover use of this website. Any software engineering engagement is governed by a separate written agreement.

My services

Through Dioteck, I design, build, and integrate custom software, web applications, AI systems, automation, databases, and related infrastructure. The information on this website describes my capabilities and approach. It does not create a commitment to deliver a particular project or outcome.

Project inquiries

Submitting the inquiry form starts a conversation. It does not establish a client relationship, reserve availability, or create an obligation for either party to proceed. I review each inquiry to determine whether I can help and what a useful next step could be.

Project agreements

Before work begins, I agree on the relevant scope, deliverables, responsibilities, schedule, and engagement terms in writing. Source code ownership, licensing, third-party services, hosting, ongoing support, changes, and handoff arrangements are addressed in that agreement. A signed project agreement controls the services it covers.

Appropriate use

Please use this website lawfully. Do not submit spam, impersonate another person, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the website or its infrastructure. You are responsible for the information you provide and for having permission to share it.

Confidential information

Please do not send passwords, credentials, or confidential information through the inquiry form. An inquiry alone does not establish a confidentiality agreement. I can discuss suitable confidentiality and data-access arrangements before sensitive project details are shared.
