I'm Brian Diosan.
I build software end to end.
I'm a software engineer at R2C Inc, where I have built full-stack enterprise applications since 2021 and own the complete lifecycle: requirements, architecture, database design, frontend, backend, testing, deployment, hosting, and support.
I built the company's HRIS and ERP from scratch, and more recently the AI layer that connects language models to those systems through MCP servers, agents, and permission-aware retrieval. I hold a Bachelor's in Computer Engineering from the University of Alabama in Huntsville.
